Short said: I consult individuals, couples and institutions in all health-related topics in a holistic way. Moreover I offer connected courses like meditation and dance lessons, workshops, trainings, personal coaching and lectures.

My clients are usually private persons, companies, schools, or other institutions, who want to implement a physically and/or mentally healthy lifestyle or those who want to create a healthy environment for their employee’s or student’s. This includes also and most of all, to reduce stress with matching coping strategies and increase stress resilience with the right setting and lifestyle.

Based on the fundamentals of health promotion and salutogenesis, as well as with tools like MBSR, I develop individual plans, coping strategies and whole concepts of how to increase the well-being, mental & physical health of every individual.

I start where traditional medicine reaches its limits and show alternatives, some people may not even have heard about yet. If people believe in it or not, it is always worth trying a different and why not unconventional way. 

Due to my studies I am familiar with the methods of school, complementary and alternative medicine. But I also discovered during the past 10 years, that there is way more in the world than that. I look at all ways that promise improvement, no matter how the general reputation of a treatment is. Most important is, what really helps. The part most people don’t know, is that a lot of alternative treatments, so called “esoteric”, is meanwhile very well scientificly proven, such as the health effects of meditation

What does "HOLISTIC" mean?

Holistic means to see something as whole. Which means that I take everything into consideration which might affect or cause a problmeor sickness. I look at a person’s habbits, social connections, nutrition, general circumstances and life conditions  and give based on that individual advice.

Psychological stress is increasingly playing a greater role in the development of many diseases. Stress is a widespread stress factor that can have a negative impact on the state of health. In such phases of life, it is important to allow your own body its extremely necessary relaxation.

Relaxation can be achieved in many ways. Most know and common is meditation and similar methods. But it is proven that also other activities contribute in a high level to lower stress and find relaxation, such as dancing or painting.

The best way to get a complete holistic health treatment is to get yourself into an environment which is especially created to provide a setting in which mind, body and soul can come to a rest without any distraction and your batteries can fully re-charge.

Wishes and expectations need to be clarified in order to see if offer and demand matches. Then we can decide to continue or not.
In first official session we come back to it and set your personal goals.
