Personal coaching / Behaviour change 6-10 weeks

A personal coaching is meant to be on long-term base of several weeks, depending on what your personal goal is.

I accompany you a few days in your daily life, observe and monitor your behavior and identify how unwanted habits develop. Together we create a detailed plan of where and how to integrate the wanted behavior into your daily life.

I check what is possible and what not, provide support and help in form of diaries, apps, tips and tricks to track the own behavior and to keep motivation up. I find timeslots and develop risk-management plans for the case they fall back in old patterns.

When should I consider this?

Do you want to lose weight, do more sports, read more or integrate more relaxation into your life? Everytime you want to change something in your daily life, no matter what, and it just dosn’t work out the way you want it, then a personal coaching is the right choice for you.

1-on-1 sessions - 45 min

In a 1-on-1 session I will take all the time to listen to your problems, sorrows, goals and wishes, to identify the root cause of your struggle.

Physical, mental and emotional well-being is the overall goal here. 

In everyday life, we often forget the importance of the harmonious interaction of nutrition, relaxation, exercise and lifestyle and how important these are for our health. If one part is missing or predominates, a disorder can creep in, which is then often noticed too late.

Together with you I develop a personal and individual holistic plan and suggest different ways to improve your symptoms and/or reach your personal goals.

All based on the principles of salutogenesis, which means that the focus is not on the problem or the disease, but on the healing and health promoting resources.

People seek for health advice usually for persistent health problems or abnormalities, prevention, or just to live a healthier life. The most common reason to seek help is the inability to deal with stress, which leads to a burn-out.

In general, if you feel unbalanced, stressed, face mental discomfort, lack energy, maintain a negative mood, developed a life-crisis, sleeping disorders, or other physical problems like skin irritations, hair loss, adult-acne, fears or obesity, talking to a health counselor is always a good choice.

Couple sessions - 60 min

Couples sessions are similar to one-on-one sessions, but they focus on the relationships and social interactions in our lifes. Whether in a romantic relationship, a friendship or family relationships. 

Main topics are: communication, conflict-management, intimicy, re-connection with the partner, trauma work, control, healthy sexuality (intimacy, trust, fears, tantra, mindfulness, respect, communication, etc.)

Many people lose their ability to listen. Especially when routines take over and stress enters their lives. A lot of us just function. They lose the connection to the people they actually love and it is often quite hard to realise that in first place and even harder to change it. 

If problems enter a relationship, it usually has also direct impact on their sex life. Things don’t work anymore like they used to, no passion anymore, no connection and everything that is left is a mechanical act, none of both really enjoy. Cheating is mostly the consequence. 

 

When should I consider this?

If you wanna re-connect with your partner, want to have a healthier relationship, learn how to deepen your connection and to explore more ways of giving love, if you feel sexually depressed, or have trouble to communicate in a healthy way, then book a session. 

Couple sessions - 60 min

Health promotion shall be seen as the holistic binding part between school medicine and alternative medicine including all spiritual healing methods, mainly focusing on the mind-body-connection a general mindful life. (School medicine reaches sometimes it’s limits and often treats only the symptoms but not the actual cause.

The individual and especially his whole environment is often forgotten in traditional treatments. But this is actually one the most important part and sometimes the key to a better result.   Not everything works for everyone. Why should it? Everyone is different and so is the individual cure. That’s why I analyze my clients as whole and take also their living conditions into consideration. I show (mostly evidence-based) alternatives, some people may not even have heard about yet. If they believe in it or not, it is always worth trying a different and why not unconventional way. 

A Holistic Health Counselor is a professional who is able to empathically listen to clients’ problems or existential and/or relational discomfort while promoting self-awareness and self-consciousness. He/she does not diagnose, prescribe medications or remedies, nor offer medical therapy, but makes suggestions, gives advice, and supports the development of the clients’ inherent potential. He/she activates resources and empowerment processes in individual or group settings.

What is holistic health counseling?

Holistic health counseling is an individual holistic offer around all health-related topics. This includes the classic topics such as nutrition and exercise, but also relaxation, psychosomatics, naturopathy and dealing with stress, based on the concept of health promotion.
